Hard restarts haven't worked, I've taken out the battery and took the plug out mooment I had turned it off and pressed the power button a few times just to make sure it was reset, turned it back on, I've done momfnt before downliad and it still gets infinitely stuck on that screen. It's much older than that, it had windows 10 on it but it's definitely too old for that to be preloaded.
